We are proud to announce the successful delivery of a comprehensive cable package for a critical industrial infrastructure project in Jordan. Our client, entrusted us with providing the specialized electrical cables to power a new storage facility designed for one of the world’s leading mineral producers.
The project involved the construction of a dedicated warehouse designed to separate different grades of potash (Red and White). In the global fertilizer market, maintaining the purity of these minerals is essential to meet strict quality standards and prevent cross-contamination.
To support this strategic logistics hub, the electrical infrastructure had to be robust enough to handle high-capacity industrial operations in a demanding environment.

Our Solution: A Complete Technical Package
LAPP Camuna Cavi contribution to this cutting-edge facility involves providing a comprehensive cable package tailored to the project's demanding specifications. These cables are essential for the safe and efficient distribution of power and control signals throughout the warehouse.
- Power cables ranging from 4 sqmm to 630 sqmm, featuring XLPE/PVC/SWA/PVC insulation for 0.6/1kV applications. These cables are crucial for transmitting high levels of power to various operational units within the warehouse.
- Control cables, 1.5 sqmm with 3 to 25 conductors, in both PVC/PVC/SWA/PVC (0.6/1kV) and XLPE/LSZH/SWA/LSZH (0.6/1kV) constructions. These are vital for transmitting signals for automation and control systems, ensuring precise management of the facility.
- Medium voltage cables, specifically N2XSE2YRY 3X70/16 - 3.6/6.6 kV, which are integral for higher voltage power distribution requirements within the complex.
A New Production Milestone
A highlight of this project was the manufacturing of one of the largest cables ever produced by LAPP Camuna Cavi.
To meet the extreme power requirements of the facility, we engineered a 4x240+1G120 (XLPE/PVC/SWA/PVC) cable.
With a final diameter reaching nearly 10cm, this cable represents a significant engineering achievement, demonstrating our capability to handle large-scale, custom technical requirements for the most ambitious industrial projects worldwide.
